FAQ

As you know, there are many variables in the cost of video production. The more time a company spends on your project and the more complex it is, the more it will cost. We work with clients to maximize their budgets. For instance, if we can use stock video instead of extensive location shooting, we’ll help clients find that video and many times we can build a story around the particular video available.

Each client is different. Each project is different. But, there are ways that we can help clients produce a quality video within their budget. We are not focused on trying to drive up the price. We are happy to help clients get the most out of their marketing dollars.

Support is included. Most of our clients aren’t experts in video production. We take the time to consult with each client. We are happy to spend the time needed to help our clients feel comfortable with the process. We hope by devoting all the time necessary to complete the project, we’ll work with companies again and again.

We start with a consultation. We’ll talk about what you want from the video, who will be your ideal target market, how long you would like the video to be, who might be your spokesperson and want style you are looking for. Once you are ready to move forward, we’ll send you an agreement and we do require a deposit of half of the total before we begin work on your script.

We do not offer refunds. But, we don’t need to. We work on your video until you are pleased with the final product.

Most of our talent fees vary depending on the spokesperson and sometimes the use of the video. Our spokespeople are all professionals but the advantage with our talent is that they are not members of the Screen Actors Guild. For that reason, our clients do not have to pay ongoing licensing fees.
